Returns & Exchanges

At LEITNER Designs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items are not the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original packaging and include the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label generated by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund once the items are inspected.
